Gym Incident

Late Saturday night/early Sunday 4/2/22

The HOA is aware of an incident in the Clubhouse gym that occurred 4/2/22 – 4/3/22, late Saturday night and into early Sunday morning involving a group of teenagers that vandalized the gym.

The Board has collected the video footage and has submitted a police report to the Manatee County Sheriff’s Department.  They are currently looking into this as a breaking and entering with damage charge.

The HOA Board of Directors are willing to meet with the offenders quietly to arrange for the repairs prior to moving forward with prosecution.

The Del Tierra streets will be swept starting at 8am on Thursday, March 10.

Please make an effort to REMOVE VEHICLES PARKED ON STREETS by 7:45am on Thursday, March 10.

This process should last until approximately 2pm.
