• All Food truck vendors are screened for necessary licenses and insurance before they are allowed into the community.
• All food vendors have been informed about the need to make sure they are fully stocked and fully staffed to accommodate our residents.
• Food trucks will be in the circle by the clubhouse from 5:00pm to 8:00pm
• Food trucks cannot be in the neighborhood until they have communication and approval from the HOA Board of Directors for screening and scheduling.

You can drop off the proxy form to Elizabeth, our property manager, at the clubhouse office.  Her office hours tomorrow are 9am- 2pm.

All Homeowners and HOA members – you received in the mail a very important packet related to 3 amendment changes that are we are asking you to vote on.

We have 2 more town hall meetings this Friday Jan 7 at 6:00pm and Saturday Jan 8 at 2:00pm

These town halls are being held by your HOA Board to discuss the proposed amendments to our CCRs.

We have proposed changes to the following 3 areas that we really need your support on.

1. Article IX Section 8 of the Declaration section – Use Restrictions (Golf Carts)
2. Article IX Section 8 of the Declaration section – Use Restrictions (Towing)
3. Article XIII Section 1 of the Declaration section – Lease Occupancy and Restrictions

The votes are needed back by the special meeting on Tuesday, Jan 18^th. 

You can give your proxies to any board member, property manager (Elizabeth) or mail them back.

All Homeowners and HOA members – you should have received in the mail by now a packet from C&S Community Management Services, Inc. that contained information about proposed amendment changes.
