Social distancing is still in place throughout the whole community. All persons must maintain a six-foot distance between each other at all times.

Pool Rules:

• The pool and facilities are for swimming only and not sunbathing, socializing, or lounging. Pool Furniture has been removed for your safety.
• No more than 50 (50) people can utilize the pool at any given time.
• Use of pool facilities is limited to 60 minutes per day per person.
• Bring your own disinfecting wipes or sanitizer for the clubhouse area and fitness equipment
• Use of the pool/clubhouse is fully at your own risk

Playground Rules:

• Use of playground facilities is limited to 60 minutes per day per person.
• Bring your own disinfecting wipes or sanitizer for the playground equipment
• Use of the playground is fully at your own risk.

Gym Rules:

• Use of gym is limited to 30 minutes per day per person
• Bring your own disinfecting wipes or sanitizer for the gym equipment
• Use of the gym is fully at your own risk

FAILURE TO ADHERE TO THESE GUIDELINES MAY CAUSE THE FACILITIES TO BE CLOSED DOWN.

A few Points of Interest:

• All Food truck vendors are screened for necessary licenses and insurance before they are allowed into the community.
• All food vendors have been informed about the need to make sure they are fully stocked and fully staffed to accommodate our residents.
• Food trucks will be in the circle by the clubhouse from 4:00pm to 8:00pm
• Food trucks cannot be in the neighborhood until they have communication and approval from the HOA Board of Directors for screening and scheduling.

Your Homeowners Association Board of Directors (BoD) wants to remind you that submissions to be a candidate for next year’s Board of Directors is now open. Your submission must be received by our management company, Progressive Community Management (PCM) no later than June 3, 2020.

Your Homeowners Association Board of Directors (BoD) wants to remind you that our monthly BoD meetings are normally on the 3^rd Tuesday of the Month. The agenda for the monthly and annual meetings will be posted on our Del Tierra HOA Website under the HOA section. It is also posted in the bulletin board as required by the mailboxes.

We will have our normal meeting this Tuesday, May 19 at 6:00pm.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic Bayside Community Church is not allowing us the use of their facilities for our monthly meetings so we will be using a teleconference method for the foreseeable future. With the approved amendment changes now in effect the HOA will begin enforcing the rules and regulations as stated in our Documentation.

Remember, you may park on the street between the hours of 5:01 am and 12:00am.
