Your Homeowners Association Board of Directors (BoD) wants to thank the community members for taking the time to vote for the amendment changes that were proposed.
All three proposed changes passed and these changes will be officially filed by our attorney and a copy of the filed documents will be posted on the Resources Page when available.
We have decided to help support the food truck vendors during this pandemic. They would normally be doing food truck rallies or working at job locations but because of the pandemic most of their locations are closed down.
By allowing them into our community this not only helps small businesses, but it also provides additional food options for our residents.
Pre-ordering online is the best and safest way to get your food, but you do not need to order ahead.
Food Trucks will be in the circle by the clubhouse from 4pm to 8pm
Wednesday, April 29 – Cali street food with Latin Influence- Smokin Bowls
Friday, May 1- Low and slow southern BBQ- Cigar City Smokers
Bite Me Cookies will be driving around the neighborhood on Friday evenings from 5:00 – 7:30pm
Kona Ice will be driving the neighborhood and Sundays between 1:00pm and 3:30pm.
Food Trucks cannot be in the neighborhood before they have communication with the HOA BoD for screening and scheduling.
Thank You

We have decided that we are going to try and have a food truck on Wednesday and Friday from 4pm to 8pm and they will sit stationary in the circle by the clubhouse. We will try and rotate them with different vendors as we expand our base. All food truck vendors are being screened for all necessary licenses and insurance before they are allowed into community.
