A few Points of Interest:

  • All Food truck vendors are screened for necessary licenses and insurance before they are allowed into the community.
  • All food vendors have been informed about the need to make sure they are fully stocked and fully staffed to accommodate our residents.
  • Food trucks will be in the circle by the clubhouse from 5:00pm to 8:00pm
  • Food trucks cannot be in the neighborhood until they have communication and approval from the HOA Board of Directors for screening and scheduling.

New Property Management Company Effective 9/1/2021

To: All Members, Owners, Residents, and Tenants in Del Tierra

 

Effective August 31, 2021, Progressive Community Management (Justin Patterson) will no longer be Del Tierra’s Management Company.

 

The new management company will be C&S Community Management Services (https://www.cscmsi.com/), the new association manager/CAM will be Elizabeth Handwerger.

 

The new management company will have an office in our community center right inside the main gate. They will be in that office (or in the community) 25 hours a week with the schedule still to be determined and to be posted. You will be able to go to the office if you have questions or concerns as well as conduct business like purchasing window strips, reserve the pavilions. Etc. You will also be able to reach the manager via email or phone outside of the 25 hours and C&S will also provide 24×7 support when needed.

 

All members (homeowners) will receive welcome packets from C&S in the near future providing more details including Elizabeth’s contact information and how to make the monthly assessment payments going forward.

 

Until 9/1/21 please continue to contact Justin Patterson/PCM with any HOA related issues or concerns.

Annual Meeting Reminder

Annual Meeting Reminder

To: All Members and Owners in Del Tierra

Next Tuesday 7/20/21 at 6pm is our annual meeting and our monthly Board of Directors (BoD) meeting

 

Please join us next week in person or on the conference bridge to hear from your existing BoD and also your new member of the BoD as we discuss important issues related to Del Tierra.

 

Attached are the agendas for both meetings which will run consecutively, which has all the logistical information.

 

The meeting will be held at Bayside Community Church (East Bradenton Campus) in the teen auditorium. The room is large enough to social distance for anyone that has concerns. We would love to see people attend in person.

Reclaimed Water Leak

Reclaimed Water has been turned back on!!!

 

Due to a major water leak in the sprinkler system or reclaimed water main by the exit gate the landscapers had to shut off a valve to the reclaimed water around 4pm today which may affect parts of the community. They will be back in the morning to try and identify and resolve the issue ASAP.
