UPDATE: 

The pool pump was delivered and installed on Thursday. The pool needs to circulate for about 12 hours or more to get the chemical balance correct. The pool should open around noon on Friday.

The pool company is still waiting for the new pump to be delivered, once it arrives we are first on the list to have it installed

Due to mechanical issues related to the pool pump, the pool has to be closed (health code requirement) until the replacement is installed.

The pool will be closed until the pump is installed.

This notice will be updated once we have further information.

The Del Tierra HOA has approved additional stop signs in high traffic areas. These stop signs are being added where there are existing crosswalks.

New stop signs have been added at the intersections of:

• Grande Vista Blvd & Trinity Fall Way
• Grande Vista Blvd & Las Olas Blvd
• Grande Vista Blvd & Tapa Parish Run

Please be prepared to stop at these new stop signs. Manatee County Sheriff’s Office has been informed of these additions and will be enforcing them.

On March 8^th 2021, DT HOA Rules and Regulations Rule #1 was filed with Manatee County. You can read it here.  Rule #1 allows the HOA Board of Director to fine any person that hits the barrier arms and/or gates at our entrances.

At the March 16^th HOA Board of Directors meeting the following fining structure was discussed and approved.

If the offender notifies the HOA and management company via the contact section of our HOA website within 24 hours of the incident there will be no fine for the first offense. Further offenses are fineable.

If the offender does NOT notify the HOA and management company within 24 hours the first offense fine will be $200.

Further offenses, the fine will be $500 per incident.

These fines will be in addition to the cost of repairing the damage.
